吃早餐的男人 錢途無量

男人能否擁有日幣千萬年收入,取決於吃早餐的習慣?日本以系列腦力訓練著作聞名的東北大學加齡醫學研究所教授川島隆太,去年底所進行的「早餐相關意識與實況調查」發現,大部分高所得的男性商務人士,都有規律吃早餐的習慣;有此習慣的大學生,大多也都是應屆考取。


川島曾出版「早餐決定我們的腦」一書。他在去年11月以400名大學生和500名35至44歲的男性商務人士為對象,實施網路調查,從中分析吃早餐的習慣與成功人生的關聯性。


商務人士的調查結果發現,年收入日幣千萬(約台幣358萬)以上的高所得者有82%,每天都會以某種形式吃早餐,收入700萬日幣(約台幣250萬)以上者,也有超過8成幾乎每天(每週4至5日)吃早餐。此外,年收入千萬以上且有吃早餐習慣者,有6成以上都是應屆考取大學,畢業求職獲第一志願公司錄取者,也達6成以上。川島認為,有吃早餐習慣的男性,似乎比較容易成為「贏家」。


大學生的調查方面,習慣吃早餐的學生中也有51%順利考取第一志願,74%為應屆考取,另有53%覺得,「學生生活相當充實」,還有50%認為「自己用功唸書」。沒有吃早餐習慣的大學生,上述各項目的百分比,僅止於個位數到10出頭。


川島教授對此結果分析道:「吃早餐的習慣,可謂考取大學,邁向成功人生的第一步,我們可以推測,吃早餐有助實踐規律生活,同時也對商務人士所處的職場環境,發揮正面影響。」

    在英文,早餐叫BREAKFAST,這是兩個字複合而來的,BREAK的亦似是打
    破,FAST,是禁食的意思,從前一天的晚餐時間,到我們早餐時間(沒有
